Sexting Laws in Illinois
Sexting Laws in Illinois:
Illinois is one of the earliest states that created laws specifically for sexting. Back in 2010, recognizing the growing trend of sexting between minors and that minors do not deserve to be punished under the child pornography laws, Illinois lawmakers passed laws specifically for sexting between minors.
